For the month of October, Sydney gets to delight in some of the best gastronomic experiences this country has to offer. Here's what Teage is bringing to the table at BLACK.
The Ezard and Gunn Show
Two Melbourne chefs know how to put on a show!
Teage Ezard and Peter Gunn (IDES, Attica) present a five-course tasting menu influenced by local farm to table ingredients. Teage will bring his seasoned hand to seafood, bring the sea to silverware with his characterictic 'Australian freestyle' flair. Peter will be casting his gaze across paddocks in order to bring them to your plate, presenting his interpretation of BLACK staples such as flat iron Wagyu MBS9+
Peter is one of Melbourne's hottest chefs at the moment, coming to prominence as sous chef at 3-hatted Attica. Post-Attica saw Peter come into his own with IDES, a series of sold-out pop ups until finally settling in a brick-and-mortar store in Collingwood.

Long Table Lunch
Taking lunch to new heights.
The Star’s top chefs from Sokyo, Momofuku Seiōbo, BLACK by ezard, Osteria Balla Manfredi, Fat Noodle, Pizzaperta, The Century and Adriano Zumbo Patissier present a one-of-a-kind long-table lunch overlooking one of Sydney’s best harbour views.
Hosted by Myffy Rigby, this will be a gastronomic delight sure to be talked about for years to come.

When just one night isn't enough.
Executive chef Dany Karam and Head Sommelier Addy Lam have paired some of their favourite cheeses with a superb flight of Yalumba wines (3x50mls). The cheese selection will rotate regularly with some of their favourites including Holy Goat La Luna, Cabot Cheddar & Le Papillion Roquefort.
